Upon Arrival: When you arrive at CGH please proceed to the main reception desk located at the entrance. Our friendly staff will guide you through the registration process.
Information Required: To complete the registration, you will be asked to provide the following information:
Your full name
Contact information (phone number, email address)
Purpose of visit
Relationship to the patient (if applicable)
Visitor Badge: After registering, you will receive a visitor badge that must be worn visibly at all times during your stay. This badge helps our staff identify authorized visitors.
Visitor Guidelines: Before exploring the hospital, we encourage all visitors to familiarize themselves with our visitor guidelines, including visiting hours, parking instructions, and any specific policies related to patient care areas.

At our Hospital (CGH), we are proud to offer a range of essential free services for our patients, including screenings for tuberculosis (TB) and hepatitis B & C.
These screenings play a crucial role in early detection and prevention of these infectious diseases, ensuring the health and well-being of our patients.
Smile Train Partnership Program
Smile Train is an internation non-profit & Charitable organization, facilitates free corrective surggeries for cleft lip and cleft palate. Chiniot General Hospital signed an agreement with Smile Train in 2019 to provide the facility at CGH.
By providing these services at no cost, we aim to remove barriers to healthcare access and promote proactive management of these conditions within our community.
Our dedicated healthcare team is committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care, empowering individuals to take charge of their health and live healthier lives.

We provide a convenient way of tracking your reports online. Diagnostic or Lab Reports
Only pathology reports are accessible online.
Any other repors (ECG, CT, XRay, MRI etc) are not availiable via this site.
For Radiology reports, kindly visit the hospital.
Reports are viewable for a period of maximum twelve(12) months from invoice date.
